2. Return Eligibility

- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Personal Care Items: Including intimate or sanitary goods.
- Health and Personal Care Items: Such as supplements and skincare products.
- Gift Cards (including massage packages)
- Downloadable Software Products
- Health and Personal Care Items (services rendered)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@orcanit.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@orcanit.com.
7. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
